You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, dates, amounts, and documents you provide. Generated outputs should always be reviewed before being sent to another party.
No guarantee of recovery
ClaimMotion does not guarantee that money will be recovered, that a claim will succeed, or that a counterparty will respond in a particular way.
Payments
Current pricing is presented as a one-time payment for one active case workflow unless otherwise stated. Access to paid features depends on successful payment processing.
Acceptable use
You may not use ClaimMotion for unlawful activity, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or knowingly false claims. The service is intended to support legitimate dispute resolution efforts.
